SMS Terms

Program description

The Inavate Media SMS program sends transactional and account-related text messages to customers who have opted in. Messages are sent from a phone number registered to Inavate Media via Twilio.

How to opt in

You opt in by checking the "I agree to receive SMS messages" box on the Inavate Media customer portal signup form. The box is not checked for you, it becomes available only once you have entered your own mobile number, and opting in is never a condition of doing business with us. We record the date your consent was given and the form it was given on.

Message types you may receive

• Order status updates (e.g., received, in production, ready, shipped).
• Invoice notifications and payment reminders.
• Appointment or pickup reminders.
• Delivery confirmations and tracking links.
• Account security alerts (e.g., login confirmations).
• Replies to questions you have sent us.

We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

Message frequency

Frequency varies based on your account activity. A typical customer receives 0–10 messages per month tied to active orders or invoices.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Inavate Media does not charge you to receive these messages.

How to opt out (STOP)

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS you receive from us. After you reply STOP we will send a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You can also ask us to remove your number by replying to any message or emailing us.

How to get help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any SMS for assistance, or contact Inavate Media through the contact details on our website.

Carriers & delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We rely on Twilio and your mobile carrier to deliver messages and cannot guarantee delivery in every case.

Privacy

Your phone number and the consent you give to receive SMS messages are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to opt in. By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder for the mobile number provided or have permission from the account holder to receive messages at that number.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the SMS program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
